CATECHISTS LEAD OTHERS TO ENCOUNTER THE LIVING CHRIST
Catechists, as ministers and doers of the word, provide a distinct and special ministry in the church. The catechism of the catholic church asserts, “catechesis is intimately bound up with the whole of the church’s life….her/his inner growth and correspondence with God’s plan depend essentially on catechesis’. (citing John Paul II). There is a profound dignity to this ministry of teaching in the name of the church; no other ministry compares to it.  The catechists in our religious education program are the following:

Mrs. Franca Kirsch - Mrs. Eileen Kiniery
Mrs. Gloria Condo - Mrs. Betty Hastings
Ms. Maryann Morales -  Mrs. Rene Lennon
Mrs. Patty Nicoletti - Mrs. Denise Hauman
Mrs. Vincene Steiner - Mrs. Lucy Folger
Mrs. Merrill Gelchion - Mrs. Michelle Semeniak
Deacon Michael - Mrs. Cheryl Lewandoski
Mrs. Cherie LaPelusa - Mrs. Dolores Hurley
Mr. Donald Monaham
Office Aide: Ms. Carol Young
May God Bless these dedicated men and women for their faith and service to God’s children.

Kathleen DeMartino, Catechetical Leader
